To provide quality outpatient Behavioral Health services, substance abuse treatment, intervention, rehabilitation support, referral for Dine Traditional services for those who require Behavioral Health support, Dine Services and those who wish to recover from substance use/or dependence along with providing quality Prevention and Outreach education to the To'Hajiilee community.
